Jon's experience in Technology leadership roles spans more than 20 years in four well regarded Technology recruitment firms. Jon's first ten years of recruitment experience were with the S3 Group in London, recruiting senior contractors and managing top performing teams. He then moved to Sydney, to start Robert Half Technology APAC with Martin which quickly became Robert Half's most successful division. During this period, Jon was Robert Half's global number one Technology Recruiter and Leader.
Jon then joined Perigon Group (a BRW fast starter) to create their Technology division with Martin placing permanent and contract professionals across a wide variety of industries. The vision for Fernway is to deliver outstanding quality and results to our clients and candidates and for everyone involved to really enjoy the journey!
Martin has over 15 years experience recruiting in the technology space and over 10 in Sydney. He started his career in technology before moving to an international staffing agency to manage their permanent division.
Along with Jon, Martin launched the Technology Division for a multi-national firm and for a well known boutique.
He holds a degree in Electronic Engineering & Computer Science from the University of Reading and specialises in the provision of permanent staff across all technology disciplines
Earning a Bachelor of Science Degree from Southern Oregon University in 2002, Amy has 15 years of international recruitment consulting and management experience across Australia, Canada and the USA. Amy started her recruitment career working for one of the largest global financial recruitment firms where she worked for six years. During this time Amy successfully managed a large temporary recruitment operation across all industry sectors. In addition, she gained start up experience in both Vancouver and Sydney. Amy has spent the past six years specialising in Temporary, Contract and Permanent Recruitment within Financial Institutions in Sydney.
